Steak time

Cooked me up some dry aged tomahawk, ajvar (red bell pepper condiment) on the side. What do you say, misc gourmets and gourmands?

Love the bark on the outside, that looks great. Like others, looks to be a bit over cooked for my taste but if thats how you like it then thats what matters!

Yeah, I noticed it change a lot over the years too. When most people used to like medium, nowadays it's almost always medium-rare. I still like medium better, pink but not bloody.

Completely understand. A well cooked steak will still be tender....Id still devour that steak.

With dry aged - its best to just go a little bit over your normal preferred level for max flavour.
Im a med/rare normally but with dry aged - Medium is perfect.
