Recommend me a good folding EDC knife

I can't find my main Kershaw so I am looking to buy a new one. Kershaw still decent price/performance? Any other brands you would recommend?

Do you work with your knife?

If not, just get a Swiss Army pocket knife.

Scouts love them.

Not a work knife. Mostly just around the house type knife. Occasionally will bring with me fishing etc, but it will primarily be used to open/break down boxes from Amazon. Just a general use knife.

Get a Swiss Army pocket knife then bro.

No need to waste money on some fancy folding knife. They last a long time and retain their edges nicely.

I also lost my Kershaw knife lol. I recently bought a smith & wesson knife that has a window breaker on the bottom of it and seat belt cutter on blade. Has a nice feel to it.

I am actually using my swiss army as a backup lol. While I like it, what I am looking for is something that I can get the blade out one handed. It also needs to be durable enough to where I can throw some abuse at it that would break a normal box cutter.

Hope that sort of makes sense.

I buy kershaw select fire knives in 30's and give them away with my company info on them.

Everybody loves free weapons and it has screwdrivers and a bottle opener too.

Benchmade ((Mini) Griptilian, (mini) Barrage) is nice because you don't have to cross the blade with your fingers to close them. Spyderco has nice Hawkbill (serrated) knives which are great for cutting boxes.

I have a few -

ZT 0566 - great knife , a little heavy but super solid / high quality.

Bench made griptillian - had it for 7-8 years, have beat a ton on it, carried most often

Spyderco dragonfly - usually carry this at work, can’t notice it’s in your pocket and fine for light stuff

Leather man Skeletool CX, pretty useful when you need a screw driver or need to open some bottle. Blade it surprisingly sharp.
