Should welfare checks vary state by state? (srs)

Since blue states make most of the money for our government, is it fair that red states get big fat unemployment checks?

Unless red states are actually... socialist states? Were our enemies amongst us the entire time?

Definition of city: a large town.

I would assume that a large town would have more people than a regular town so would you like to continue?
