Forever if you don't care if you died.

Srs- see how your body does. Read up on signals about when you really should eat. One I remember was getting nausea/vomitting.

I was going for 7 and made 5 before I got sick. First two days back started slow and stuck with mainly fruits & veggies.

Some fat guy went a whole year without food. He just did water and vitamins under doctor supervision.

That said, what's the point of not eating? Wanna lose all your muscle mass? Or are you one of those non lifters?

I used to lift a lot more. Local gym closed. Tried to get some weights during covid but people where price gouging the chit out of them.

Been doing 60 hours recently. Saw no strength loss or binge tendency after. Imagine much longer and would have been counterproductive though

10-14 days with no vitamin supplements will kill you. 2-4 days without water will kill you.

If given the proper vitamis and crap you can go until you run out of fat.

Let's say you make it 5 days, it will be artificial weight loss and you will just gain it back because you will binge on high calorie foods to replenish what your body needs.

I've gone 5 days on water and Copenhagen before. Many go for much longer fasts. I felt fine and actually my day 3 I loved the feeling.
