dropped a 45 plate on my foot

was gripping the 45 and flipping it to grip it again but i failed to grip it correctly and it landed on my foot.. i am gonna die bros ? had no initial pain, but now i have some swelling and can't walk on it

That's one of my biggest fears dead srs. When I'm in my gym and picking up plates stacked up against the side of my power rack, I split my legs and carry it around like a weird sumo.

It mainly landed on my big toe, I was shocked it didn't break it. Of course the nail fell out, the toe swelled to twice its size and I could hardly walk for about month.

Did it with a 25 pound dumbell last month, dark marks are still on the nail but nothing was broken.
