Just to reiterate:
Step 1) Make sure you are wearing the correct attire. Put on a weightlifting belt to support your core, but under no circumstances are you to wear shoes. You MUST be barefoot.
Step 2) Position yourself in the optimal position. Line the bar up directly along your shins, grip the bar with rounded shoulders, and make sure your ass is so high up in the air that your head is practically beneath the barbell.
Step 3) Without using your legs at all, explosively pull the weight off of the ground while rounding your back beyond it’s natural limits.
Step 4) This is no longer a deadlift. This is now a SQUAT. Rest the weight on your knees while sitting down, and hold it there until you hear a popping sound somewhere in your body.
Step 5) We are back in deadlift mode now. Pull as hard as you can until you complete one rep by hyperextending your back.
Step 6) Since this set was clearly too light for you, repeat. Continue repeating until you are physically incapable of lifting weights ever again.
This workout is not for everyone. You will scream, moan, and groan during it. That is not because you are lifting the weight, but because you are injuring yourself.
I am a certified scientist. When you tear up your tendons they repair even weaker than before, which is ultimately the goal you are not striving to achieve but are set on achieving anyway.

Solid form.
At least he looks as if he does two reps per hour instead of the usual one.

"The manlet is a savage beast that knows no moral bound. After falling in disgrace to a manmore, a ravaged manlet would not hesitate to come from behind and land a sucker punch/ swing with a rock to the back of a manmore's head. They are ruthless and you need to spend some more time in the gutter to even begin trying to comprehend what goes on in their minds."
Hurt by the aleeboy and need to cope? Go here for hugs: https://forum.obnoxiousbrutes.com/showthread.php?t=178724011
