Golden era diet [vid]

Thought some of you might find this interesting. This is the way I do things. Very similar to CKD.

Cliffs: most golden era bodybuilders ate high protein/high fat/low carb. “Cheat” day on Sundays.

Good advice there for most casual bodybuilders/fitness enthusiasts. Obviously, if you want to go pro, you'll have other things.

Pretty much in line with just about every other BB from that era had to say.

Personally - I've discovered I feel a lot better on a low carb diet. Not Keto, but under 150G a day.
