Dude coughing for 2 hours straight in the gym

Lmao I was today at the gym here in croatia and dude had a mask but was occasionaly removing it every once in a while and he was constantly coughing and no one I mean no one not even a trainer called him out on it. The dude wasnt even big tbf bigger than me but nothing too crazy.
