I didn't think normal people used twitter anyway. Its always been an inferior platform and pretty sure it's been obsolete for the better part of a decade.

Someone posted awhile ago similar stats about how:

-a small proportion of twitter users produce almost all the tweets (like your stat)
-most of these users are women
-most of these tweets are about politics

So twitter is basically a small selection of women talking constantly about politics and in no way represents the actual population.
