I was dating a girl "casually" took her out for waffles, we were going to smash after yet during the date she was talking to me about how she was recently hanging out with a "friend" maybe it was a **** test to make me jelly but i honestly didn't give a ****. What's so alpha about that? Secondly of all, i have absolutely 0 feelings or care for this women.

You don't have to to smash all or any of them. It's more about being like a salesman, but you're selling yourself and simply pursuing leads. It's about having confidence and pursuing your best options at a given time. Keep improving keep working.

I think maybe you're still hurt by your past relationship. The best thing to do is just keep improving and make it so that anyone who wrongs you is stupid; you're the prize. In a lot of ways, being cheated on can be a blessing in disguise, because it forces you to be better. It's easier to learn by making mistakes than reading books.
