Tried the sodium thing, still hungover as fuk what did I do wrong

Title,

Went claws into scotch, rinsed. Right before bed said to myself Fish and Nails Brah recommend salt load. Grabbed the mortons when straight from the can, rinsed down with water. Woke up pretty shook. How do I get better?

I swear the alcohol in white claws is legit rubbing. One of the only drinks that I can pretty much guarantee a hangover with, but I can't stay away. It's like vagee

Pedialyte is one of main solutions to prevent/cure hangovers. Unless you went balls to wall 24 pk, Pedialyte/elctrolit usually does the trick.

Sugary mix etc is usually what does it for me, I can get hammered on vodka / gin martinis or mixed with soda water and be fine the next day. A bad hangover after white claws and scotch is a bit surprising to me tbh

last weekend had probably 5 shots too much, puked my brains out the night before

woke up, tried to drink water, threw up water
tried to drink gatorade, threw up gatorade
had literally no appetite but shoved half a quesadilla in my mouth which also later came out

what causes this?

The worst is when you drunk eat before bed go to sleep fine get woken up at like 7am with ur stomach feeling like **** take one step and projectile vomit

In my experience of trying every hangover remedy on the planet since I was 16, your only hope is 800mg of ibuprofen before bed with a glass of water, and another 800mg when you wake up. If you drank too much liquor then there just isn’t a cure.
