How can I stop bein a ****ing beta misc?

I'm sick of being a ****ing beta. I'm on finasteride maybe that's why? I'm having depressive thoughts lately and feel so tired and drained and for some reason i keep thinking about my ex and i miss her. We broke up a quite some time ago but i had a look at her gram and all these people liking her ****, commeting on her profile like she is the the most amazig girl in the world when in reality she is a cheating sloot who broke my heart.....

Despite the cheating etc, i miss her, i miss the sex so much, i miss hanging out i miss goofing around i miss all of that ****. Even after all this time. I don't want her back but I do want to go back to when i was with her if that makes sense? How can i stop these ****ing beta thoughts ****
