i've legit become an acnecel at the ripe age of 27...

feels batman.

never had serious acne, pimples, zits or whatever you call them. one zit a month maybe.
my siblings are the same except for one. clear skin.

diet was never clean. but i've actually cut down on junk food a lot in the last 2 years.

drink a lot of water, no stress, sleep well. use sun screen and lotion regularly.

milk has never been a problem.

but i started drinking regularly this year. 10-15 shots of rum or whiskey per week. and that's when my face started losing its glow. googled different types of acne and it seems like i have "early pimples" or papules.

mostly on my forehead and it looks like this

nothing major. but i no longer have smooth glow skin.

i disrespected that bounty and the reaper is warning me.

try curology srs, it's been working for me. If that doesn't work, get on accutane.

curology is only for the US. and accutane seems like a lot for mild acne.

Try semen retention brah, dead srs. Allmost all sr’era have experienced godlike skin complexion and increased glow, i think several have commented on their loss of acne too. Research it a bit brah, and see if it works.
Personally, my skin has never looked better while on SR

Does Curology burn your skin? I tried it for a few days and gave up cus my face started hurting to the touch. No acne here but wanted nicer skin in general, didn't know Curology was so intense.

Oh no dude, accutane isn't for mild acne lol. My friend had really bad acne for years all over her face and tried everything to no avail. She hopped on accutane (can't remember for how long) and she's now pimple free. Still lots of scars from years before but at least no more acne.
