Borat sucks.

Never understood the hype behind the first one. Just some clown saying stupid bs with an even dumber fake accent to troll people, at least 50%+ of it beint rehearsed. What I've been hearing about the second one hasn't made me think it will be any different.

old school borat was pretty funny. the hbo skits and the english tv ones specifically.

new movie didnt suck but it was clearly pushing an agenda. you don't like to see that. i like art. i don't like a message in the shape of art.

I loved the first Borat. I was laughing so much at the movies, I fell off from the chair. But I had no idea who Borat was and I had never seen anything like that before.

Second one I didn't even finish watching. It's just done that been there..

Gonna have to disagree with all the haters here. Just watched Borat 2 last night and it was freaking hilarious. The thing is, the humor is cringeworthy at times and everything but it is all actually intelligent humor.

He is making fun of backwards ideas and pranking stupid people, putting them in ridiculous situations and seeing how they react. And btw it’s really not at all PC, the misc should love Borat.
I also just love the backstory/premise; it’s so funny how hard he chits on Kazakhstan lmao, can’t imagine how it’s viewed over there

First one is actually funny, even more so if your an immigrant from the Eastern Europe area. Haven't seen second one yet but people say its pretty political so I have no urge to watch it.

Borat was funny but kind of hit and miss in the way that ground breaking comedy often is e.g. Monty Python. Some absolute gold moments, some cringe, some aight bits.

Not really interested in watching Borat II but may get around to it.
