Help me decide where to live

Getting out of California (San Diego). I’ve seen enough bull****. Problem is I don’t know where to go.

Here’s a backdrop... I’m a digital entrepreneur. Own my own business, and can afford to do pretty much anything I want (within reason, not 10k / day level yet)

Here’s the criteria for what I want:

• to be around highly motivated, inspirational people with entrepreneur mindsets who are building cool stuff (good startup scene)

• to have a pool of high quality females to date (girls into yoga, fitness, personal development and naturopathic health)

• A social scene that is inviting, yet not a vacation vibe centered around partying / booze

• Majority mindset should lean conservative but not radically religious

• The ability to afford a decent sized place with a yard

• State that is red / lower taxes

• No winter is preferable but willing to compromise

• A place where I won’t feel eternally poor (LA, San Francisco, New York etc)

• outdoor activities and parks abundant

Where is this misc brahs?

Assuming you’re going to vote R most of the time, look into the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area of NC and the research triangle park that goes with it.

Coming join the Seattle cesspool. There's plenty of room because most of the "residents" live in tents and beat up campers. If you can hold a cardboard sign and vote Dem, you'll make it here.

As a former seattlecel, I vaguely endorse this choice. In all honesty, besides the requests for conservative values and lower taxes, Seattle checks all the boxes you're looking for boyo. I was thinking, huh-- sounds like Seattle when I was reading your post (besides the conservative values thing).

Honestly think Seattle may be swinging a bit to the right in the near future after Durkan, Inslee, et al. phucked up the reaction to the whole CHAZ/BLM chitshow this year.

That said, you better be ready to stfu or be canceled on all social issues if you hold values that are even an iota to the right of Joseph Stalin-- thus, maybe look into a place like Bellevue, WA. It's maybe a 30 minute drive from downtown Seattle, and way the phuck better for someone in your position. In my opinion, the nightlife there is way classier, the bishes are about 60% more azn, and the values are way to the right of Seattle.

I need to go check out Washington. Never been. What does 60% more azn mean?

lol do NOT go to Seattle if you value any of the things in your post. Be ready to be cucked by your own society if you move there.

There's just a lot of asian bishes there. Seattle is actually a really cool city if you exclude the people who live there.
