Anyone sleep on the floor?
I remember when I was ~21 I came back home from being uncomfortable for a long time and my soft bed hurt my back and my body felt like I got beat up with a baseball bat and ran over by a truck. So I tried sleeping on a sleeping bag on the floor and after a few nights I started waking up refreshed again like I was well rested. I'm thinking about going back to floor sleeping again as I wake up every morning feeling exhausted and drained of energy. Anyone sleep on the floor?

Only time I slept on the floor was twice
1. When I herniated a disc in my low back so i slept on floor for low back support
2. When my wife at the time now ex wife took all the furniture out of our apartment while I was at work and I came home to find nothing in the apartment

me. I have scoliosis though. I sleep half the night on the floor with my feet up at 90 degrees. Decompresses the spine and the pressure from the floor plus good old gravity help fight against the way my spine curves/twists. It's mainly for my hips.
If I don't sleep on the floor then I can tell the next day with my back/hips. Sleeping on the floor sucks, plus getting up initially kind of hurts, but you'll notice almost right after that everything feels way better.
