Six to three!
Now just need to keep libs out of the white house so they don't try to change the constitution again.

With all the threats of Dems packing the court if Biden wins, I really hope Trump packs the court in Jan and adds even more conservative SCJs and the senate passes a head limit to the SC lmao

With the rate Trump is placing Justices, it’ll be 7-2 by end of 2021.

What’s to gain from having a super conservative majority in the SCOTUS. Srs question btw
Someone give me an example and how would it be different if the court was super liberal.

Conservatives are originalist and believe that laws should be viewed as they were written and if that they need changed there is a process for that.

People may be surprised to hear this,, but I'm very socially conservative when it comes to sex and pornography. I'm hoping a super conservative supreme court will ban pornography, promiscuity, and social media websites that allow women to pose like sluts.
It was all just satire. Sorry if I offended anyone with my trolling and sickening posts. Peace and love to everyone.

And the reason why I ask is because to me it seems like conservatives are leading with their morals, especially religious ones, where Roe vs Wade is concerned.

I know the rumors have Biden trying to pack the courts if he wins but if trump wins should he unpack the courts? do it survivor style where the Supreme Court votes on which 3 supreme court justices they wanna remove.

At any point in the crafting of the constitution or creation of any amendment was the termination of the unborn discussed? No.
Yet 7 unelected lifetime appointed officials determined there was a constitutional guarantee for an abortion.
That wasn't the Judicial branches job. It was the Legislatives job. Elected officials accountable to the population they represent.
(I am personally for first term abortion and abortions where the woman's life is in danger)
