Rushfit and gym

Is it a stupid idea to go to the gym in the morning following a standard weekly routine but then doing a Rushfit workout each evening too? Is this counterproductive? Anyone had experience with this? Overall goal is to get bigger but ripped so I was thinking this home workout is something that’s gonna help tone and if I continue going to the gym progressively lifting heavier Will that actually work together?

It’s like one of those home workout programs like the p90x that people used to go on about. Never tried one of them before, did one today and it dun messed me up lol. I neglect cardio in the gym so was thinking of subbing it for something like this maybe 3-4 days a week, just wanted to know if anybody had any results for it.
