Why all the tradie hate but no one is TCmaxxing?

If you are a STEMcel, you should know that the ONLY thing that matters in your job is your Total Compensation (TC) and all your time besides doing real work should be spent TCmaxxing.
That means if you are a software engineer, you should be leetcoding 30+ hours a week to pass FAANG coding interviews in order to get that $250k+ TC job.
If you are science or mathcel, you should probably be getting your phd and use all your time researching the next science or math discovery breakthrough in order to get that research grant money.

LOL @ all the anti-tradie posters here making anything under 100k TC. just fvkn lmao

Got a 100% bump to TC starting a new job soon... I was already at 6 figures too (inb4 "w...w...well you probably only make $20k"BTFO)
