I used to think Arby's was S-tier because to me it has always been what Chick-fil-a was to other people. The service was always good, the chicken is fresh and crispy, and their fries are the tits. They have the GOAT fries of anywhere in the world, period.

So I roll up to Arby's drive thru today after the gym, I'm pretty sweaty and I'm pretty sure she can smell me through the speaker. She tells me they don't sell Cordon Bleu and I go wtf? Obviously they did and they took it off the menu. I should have known then and there I had ****ed up by going to Arby's. But it gets worse.

I order two chicken bacon Swiss, a creamy Mediterranean chicken wrap, a jamocha shake and a small curly fry. She tells me it's gonna be $22. I don't think so. I pull forward and look at the girl in the window and think to myself this must be a different girl because she's white. Then I hear her voice and it hits me. She sounds like a different ethnicity than she looks.

Stunned, I hand her 4 coupons, one for every item I ordered. A 2 for 5, a $3 wrap, 1 fry and 1 shake for like $1 each. She's visibly shaken at this point, exclaiming "oh my god what is this... " And I hand her a $50 bill for the $11 total. She drops my change as she's handing it to me and doesn't apologize. "Can you pull forward. " Can you say please?

I pull all the way forward while customers pay for their food behind me before I get my order. Overall the service was rushed and not very good. The girl was rude and I NEVER go back to a fast food establishment that asks me to pull forward. If I have to order from the parking lot then you had better be a waitress on roller skates because I'm not moving. It's terrible form and completely unprofessional.

I get home and begin to unwrap everything channeling the spirit of review brah, but I just don't have proper eating attire. The shake was the best part of the meal. Their curly fries were barely crispy and no salt at all. The Mediterranean wrap was some thick HTC bread with no salt and no flavor. The chicken bacon Swiss had plastic cheese, stale bread and average chicken. Too much lettuce and NO salt.

I will never go back there again, not even with 8 coupons. I can cook ten times better than that at home, with healthier ingredients, for lower cost. And without the poor service.

Wtf? Arby's is like meme level bad. I feel like even Arby's is aware that nobody who eats there even wants or likes the food. It only exists to celebrate the inanity of being alive.

Arby's putting roasty beef lips on a sandwich is the only meme I am aware of. I would never order a poverty n cheddar. That's like going to a pizza place and ordering a salad. It's the worst item on the menu

Arby's died with the Cordon Bleu. That is the bottom line here.

their chicken tenders used to be soooo big and juicy. they were fuken PREMIUM quality

i remember it was slightly annoying cause they were known for taking long, but the quality was top notch. similar to how freddy's or culvers is like above avg. fast food

but they got rid of that style for the style they use now. there are none near me now but i do remember visiting one in jax and it was decent. nothing bad

There has been an arby's in my city since I was a kid that I legit have only seen 1 car in the parking lot and the drive thru once. I dont know how they stay in business, I think it must be a front for money laundering

Never had arby's in my life. It just looks absolutely repulsive. Everything about it. It's ads. It's logo. It's name. It's font. Their food. How do people eat that garbage? Is arby's even food?
