Anyone claustrophobic?

I'm curious about that, I've met many people with that issue and I wish I could somewhat relate.
They usually tells me that the older they get, the more claustrophobic they get.
They'll say they were never claustrophobic until they got to a certain age.
Anyone wants to chime in?

Not really but i watched the video of the guy who got himself stuck in the cave and they had to seal the cave with his remains in it and since then, i get a bit anxious thinking about it. I have quite big shoulders and a large chest so spelunking isnt something that would be easy for me

I always need space and I'd rather die than live without.
