what's the best workout for max gains for minimum time

tldr don't have much time to devote to bodybalding anymore. not that i was any good at it in the first place but now i just want to maintain and be in decent shape conditioning strength and looks-wise while having more time to spend on other pursuits. what kind of workout should i do for this if I only want to train 30 mins a day 3x a week for example. whole body workout 3x a week? looking to maximize my gains/time ratio. in b4 OP is a *******.

I've personally seen the best results from P/P/L, 1 main exercise that I'll blast like 10-20 sets (just depends) , then an accessory or two, I'll do the standard 3-5x8-12

6x a week with 1 walk/stretch day as rest day.

This.

Maybe alternate incline with flat pressing as well bb & db.

I'd also probably alternate leg presses every now and then with squats. Or front squats/back squats.

Deads, all of em

Rows any/all of em, tbar row, pulldowns, cable rows, dumbells rows, barbell rows ect
