Furakk cardio is mad underrated

Finally got back into lifting after a year break cuz i messed up my arm bad + quarantine, i have been running a bit during my lifting break since i had nothing else to do but nothing serious, and before that i never did cardio because getting lean was easier with just eating less

But this time i decided to start lifting and running together since i kinda enjoyed it. I do 10-15km in the evening with 2 days break when i get too sore along with lifting and i have way better energy, its probably making me regain muscle slower but being a fast ******* has its benefits

(or maybe its the no fap doing its magic but im only on day 4)

Agree with you red

Getting to the point where you can manage a lot cardio (1 hr+) takes a lot of effort but the benefits are great. Inb4 power lifter cope.

I agree with ya'll. I was walking during quarantine, got up to 1 1/2 hrs plus speed walking, but even keeping it at walking I got shin splints.
Finally made the decision to drop our Y membership and buy an indoor cycle, used to do that alot and WOW am I out of shape compared to where I used to be. I'm all in though, we'll see how it goes.
