how do people get real jobs

im still a little teeny bopper who works for the real men but one day id like to be a real man also and have a real job where im the one who got the job and then get other people to help me do my job

i kno this is vague but i dont really know where to start because im new to all this grown up stuff

hopefully some of you have half answers and i can stick them altogether and get a real answer
