how do I get my magick jack to not allow private numbers to call me?

I got a bill from a debt collector for a doctor that was paid actually 2 times for the same thing. He double dipped my insurance and the VA and now I got a letter from a debt collector and I called them. They were super rude so I told them it was fraud on the doctor too and I am gonna report all of them to government. Now I keep getting death threat calls a few times a day saying they're gonna chop up my body into pieces and throw me into the ocean and things like they're gonna lock my house from the outside and light my roof on fire. How do I get magick jack to stop allowing unlisted private calls?
