What does Misc think of 2020 R&P Ban Bet

- 144 Miscers put their bet on Trump - 27 miscers put their bet on Biden
- Banbet has stipulated rule that if no clear winner announced in 48 hrs the ban bets are off
- 48 hr period elapsed

What does misc think? Does misc think those 144 miscers are still bound by their agreement despite elapsed time?
