been up for 67 hours and feeling odd

When was the last time you went outside and played with your friends when you were a kid and did you know it was the last time? Do you remember the very last time ? I moved away and planned on seeing them again but never did. I think we rode bikes around and threw a foorball around in the road. Why cant I sleep?

I didn't go outside and play with my friends, we stayed inside and played Magic : The Gathering.

When was the last time and do you remember? Did you know it was the last time at the time? When did you realize it was the last time?

Oh I knew too well it would be the last time I would play with them. My parents moved countries just one year before finishing school.

Go to sleep bro. 67 hours is insane. Go see a doctor or something.

Tell tale sign of a manic episode OP. If you don't get some sleep and revert back to normal you could do irreversible damage to your brain.

1.) Make your room and bed as comfortable as you can.

2.) Have a glass of water or water bottle on the bedside table/within reach.

3.) Blackout the room no light only darkness now.

4.) Lay down in your most comfortable position and close your eyes. Focus on breathing. Breath deep into your lower stomach and relax. If needed put on a guided mediation video to assist.

With Atmospheric Music.

Voice only.

Don't worry about anything, everything is ok. No matter how bad it could be far worse. Right now you need to sleep. It might take some time because you have been up so long with the blue light from your monitor signaling the brain that it's still daytime. Even over an hour but don't lose your grit, stay in bed and keep your eyes closed. Slow down the thoughts to just breathing.
