I'll assume you are 36....CMP, CBC, Lipid Panel, HgA1C, HCV and HIV (if never had before). Consider TSH, Testosterone if symptoms, problems.

38 crew checking in.

Get your lipids checked.

As far as testosterone checks, be sure to get free/direct and total. The doctor is probably going to raise an eyebrow and a half when you ask. I legit had to explain why I wanted it done to mine. Just tell them you've been feeling lethargic lately and your sex drive has been decreasing if they ask.

Might be a little early, but I always ask for a PSA as well. Make sure your insurance covers it because that test is expensive as fak.

Here's what's included in a standard blood test for men:

Depending on your age, I would also ask for testosterone (both free and bound), estrogen and LH.

They say blood tests when you’re young help prevent problems when you get older.

for the test depending on your doc they might push back.

If the Doc does, tell them you have become a lazy fak that can't get it up even though you are getting 8+ hours of sleep, waking up restful and eating a well balanced diet with a chit ton of grade A american meat

Well as for insurance it def depends. Some will not pay for anything until you hit your deductible.

If this is the case, I would wait until next year, so you can hit that deductible early on. So if you need to retest, they'll pay for some of it
