anyone else find you resent people more as you get older?

and during the US election tensions have been high I cannot even drive my car without being triggered by some kunt on the road whos driving like an ass. finding most people annoying and iv been short with people. worst part is, I somewhat like the anger and raging it keeps me motivated. the only relief is the gym otherwise I dont want to be around people period and I am getting more and more comfortable with that, especially eating alone and binging out on Netflix, video game or internet while in recovery mode but now worried this may be unhealthy. am starting to resent people and wondering if this will follow me and I will be a bitter cranky old man, can live with that but its not a good thin to look forward to. how can I reach the zen and be at peace? maybe I need a change or location or need to take up something like boxing or new activity

happened all at once to me once I noticed no one is special after seeing some absolute nobodies try to pull rank no me (unsuccessfully). Now, I remain vigilant of networks.

Used to... these days not so much. It's been a process learning how to accept people. Figuring out what's in my control... what isn't.

Carrying the resentment and anger on a daily basis robbed me of great opportunities with people, I'm sure.

Indeed.

No way to live.
