Moldex 6604 nascar earplugs. These are the best earplugs on earth. Feels weird to start with but you very quickly get used to them.
Been using them for 10 years to sleep. Blocks out 99% of noise unless its base from music or very big dogs. Silences yappy dogs, most car noise etc. Roll them in your fingers, slide them in up to your ear drum, being up against the eardrum prevents even more noise. I get about 3 extra hours a night of sleep with these.

I keep a pack of earplugs next to my bed, just the basic kind from the drug store, although they seem pretty similar to OP's (roll them up stick em in). I slept with them every night in college when I had roommates, now I only use them when I really need to.
Never neg first but always neg back crew

I like to have it so a light breeze blows over the bed. You don't want it too strong though or you'll wake up with chapped lips. A nice breeze while falling asleep feels so damn good, brahs.

Mine is the sound of cash registers from all the extra money I’ve received as a white, and occasionally police sirens which is comforting to me as I’m not a career criminal

No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

Does the thought of you opening your eyes in the middle of the night only to see a 10” dink standing over you ready to take your virginity before they dump your lifeless body into the trash compactor NOT make you want to avoid earplugs?
I’m taking no chances OP.
