How do you deal with getting negged?

this is something i've struggled with and am looking for advice. really pisses me off because it's not just a negative comment that is hurtful to get, but it also takes away from your misc points.

I always laugh at the soyos who get so rattled when I neg them, that they search for my posts to neg me back. Those negs feel the best because I know they spent a few mins raging to find me to get their revenge.
