road rage is getting worse

was pulling into a gas station at 3am. Roads were mostly dead.. took slightly longer than normal to pull in the drive way. suddenly a long, loud honk, there was a car behind me that got mad (even tho there were 2 more open lanes completely empty. I raged hard , swerved out of the parking lot and chased them down. They were up a ways ahead so I gunned it to catch up and thankfully they hit a red light in the distance so they had to stop even tho they were speeding, they didn't make the light. I was able to get right behind them and then held down my horn for about 10 seconds and then kept pressing it over and over while at the red light and didn't stop until it was green so a while. it felt so good to disturb their night (unfortunately I didn't see who was in their SUV).

my road rage is getting worse, the other week I gave a school bus driver the middle finger and reported their license plate for intentionally riding my bumper a road that had lots of potholes. I am raging to some extent now almost every time I drive usually not as extreme as today tho i am worried my road rage will get worse. earlier tonight I also gave someone the finger and turned on my high beams right behind them because they were getting really close with what looked like their high beams on behind me (could have been really bright lights but they seemed like hi beams), the worst part is I am getting addicted to the rage and liking it, anyone have similar issue

I will state the obvious by saying you need to calm the fuk down *******. I ignore all the idiots I come across on road because I do not want to waste my time. Keep your mind busy and schedule loaded and suddenly you will not even notice these cucks.

Damn, I know those feels when it comes to headlights.

It's all those aftermarket headlights. They don't follow the same guidelines as those that come with the stock cars. Srs
So they can be obnoxiously bright. People don't have them at the correct angle either.

Yeah man, not necessarily road rage, but rage in general.

the cycle of: rage -> sudden euphoria from the stress relief -> shame over actions -> doing nothing to address the problem

is one ive been stuck in for the past 4 or 5 years of my life. At work mainly, idk how im still at the same place (5 or 6 blow ups/fights in 3 years)

Just generally unfulfilled and also pissed at peoples blatant lack of empathy srs
