Anyone Else Excited For Snow?

Can't wait until we get some snow. Forecasts are pointing to winter by me (IL area) that we are going to get below average temperatures and above average snowfall.

Last winter was awful. Warm most of the time, 70 degree xmas, minimum snow, long lingering wishy washy cold through spring.

Anyone get snow already? I know near Idaho, Washington, Montana, Wyoming, Minnesota, etc already got A LOT of snow.

Damn Canadians. Lucky. We usually get the bulk of our snow in Jan/Feb sadly while we get 1-3 in usually between nov-dec. Sucks. I need to move to Canada.

That's how about half the people that live by me view it. Snow for xmas, then they complain and talk about moving to florida every winter all winter.

I love it. I want to move more north and have a longer winter more than anything.

So few people I know share this sentiment. Perfect visual. I love it when it starts snowing at night, and you go and walk outside. Dead silence, cold but not bitter, beautiful scenery, not a soul around.

Also I live in a more scenic area so the drive to work is through roads lined with huge trees and epic snow visuals.

Soon.

Definitely. Was super let down by last winter. Love just wandering around outside in the snow.

I like to see snow but only because it's rare here. It might snow one time each winter.

It's 84 degrees today and I'm about to head out on the motorcycle. Wife is from Minnesota... no thanks.

Yea I'm the opposite. 2 years ago when we had -55 degree weather, or 2011 snowmaggeddon, etc I get like giddy from excitement. It really greases my gears winter does.

Yea I can't live there because of that. Would move to MN srs. I have some cousins that live there. If only the state wasn't so cucked now....

But I can't do heat for long. A month of good hot summer is solid, but anything more is brutal to me.
