Anyone feel bad that they've forgetten their ex even though it's a good thing? srs

I used to think about my ex all the time, every waking moment, everywhere i went i thought of her, then it hit me today i haven't thought about her for a while and for a moment i amost forgot what she looks like. Such great relief i thought to myself. I can finally focus and live my life but a small part of me almost feels sad to forget someone i loved so much. It's a strange feel
