I was regular at a ton of bars and clubs before this chit, and I'd imagine a good amount of those people will leave the industry during this time. Kinda chitty, as I doubt I'll go out enough after this is finished to build something like that back up again.
Oh well....on the plus side, I was thinking of buying a Condo or getting a downtown apartment right before this, and could have very easily been stuck paying $2000 per month during all this with no entertainment open nearby whatsoever. That's a pretty major win.

Nope. Worked, rock climbing gym, downhill mountain biking. Covid-19 hits, work, outdoor rock climbing, downhill mountain biking.
Rarely did I go to restaurants/bars pre-cvoid. I don't eat fast food. The only change for me was movie theaters closing.

I started to take off work and collect cerb money around april, so had an extra period of benefits while not working.
Got laid off, but looking at job postings and it's slim pickings. Not much work in construction right now, got some time before I look for work or the union recalls me back to oil and gas projects.
Dating life, not much has changed. Went on Tinder dates and actually was texting mad bshes in my town.
