Fixing yourself isn't so unlike letting an injury heal. You first have to address the issue, recognize the solution (rest/recover), and then consistently remind yourself to prioritize the recovery of that injury. Sometimes recovery requires additional steps like rehabilitation. It's important to also prioritize that as well.
