Imagine looking at this and drawing the conclusion of

“wow the masks and lockdowns really fixed the flu, they sure are great”

Instead of “fukkers counted all flu deaths as covid deaths to help sensationalize it”

Get this. All these positive corona tests are actually positive for corona the flu and the common cold. They’re lumping everything into corona to prove their agenda.

In b4 all the preventative measures we took for covid reduced the flu cases.

Except of course covid cases are through the roof.

I've seen those mentions in the past also. It's interesting.

I kind of get a kick over the often mention that COVID has unique symptoms compared to the flu, in that one loses their senses of taste and smell with the Wuhan virus. It's been a long time since I last experienced a cold or bought with the flu, but I seem to recall when ever I became sick in the past I would lose my sense of taste and smell. It doesn't seem all that special to me.

This is one of the things that pisses me off the most about getting sick.

so many discrepancies we are now hearing about on the tests.
One of the competitor's at World's Strongest Man got sent home last week when he had two positive tests and two negative tests in the span of 24 hours

If you know anything about pcr/ab tests, you should immediately be irate on how bad these are.

I wouldve gotten laughed out the building if my thesis project had >50% false positive rate.

Of course the general public knows absolutely nothing about science or test validation, so they beleive anything.

False positive rate is closer to 75-80%. That's after the initial 30% outright failure rate

I am pretty sure a politician in a different country did a test on a sheep and a piece of fruit and they both came back positive.

COVID-19 is a herd culling virus. Many of the people that would have died from the flu this season are already dead from COVID-19.

When the decision was made to use the elderly to drive COVID-19 numbers up the side effect was an abnormally weak flu season.

Had we locked the nursing homes down and provided full stay at home servicing for the elderly we would have had a more typical flu season then people could claim that our countermeasures were also working against the flu. Truth is, those people are already dead.
Eat in a deficit to lose weight.
Hit your protein and fat minimums to stay healthy and keep your gainz.
Lift heavy and do HIIT to look and feel awesome.
Use the internet to learn why you should do these things and how to do these things.

You cannot google anything Cold/Flu related without only getting stupid ass covid results... Just got better from a cold I had for 4 days, anything I googled only netted covid search results.

There's NO such thing as a cold or flu anymore.

Exactly. I’ve noticed in watching the numbers of cases, Those counties and states that have mandated the masks, have not shown a drop in cases. The state of kansas 6 weeks ago mandated masks, the one large county that bought in has had an increase in cases instead of a drop. The counties that rejected the mask mandate, have stayed about the same with the number of cases, no drop and no increase. we know the virus can travel through the masks.

A mask has no effect on viral transmission.

Ya, I flat out don't care about CV-19 anymore and I am sick of hearing about it. Ive probably had it or maybe I didnt, but I am not fearful of it whatsoever.

I wont put up fights about the masks or whatever, but as far as I am concerned, this whole thing has been blown way out of proportion and the longer this goes on the more of a joke I see it as.

I have friends who have finished their medical degree and are now doing hospital placements. One of them is in an area where Covid numbers are through the roof and the hospital being overrun from what the media tell us...yet he says the hospital is not being overrun at all lmao

I've been following the 7 day new case count. Illinois has been at the top the past few weeks for the larger populated states.

Everyone here wears a mask outside and inside.

I'm starting to doubt their effectiveness personally

Just a piece of anecdotal evidence. I got sick as ****, likely the flu. got a covid test and it came back negative
