The new order prohibits indoor and outdoor gatherings of more than six people from two separate households and anyone who violates this order can be charged with a misdemeanor crime. Violaters of the order could face up to one month in jail, a $1,250 fine, or both. Oregonians faced similar penalties for violating Brown’s stay-at-home order back in March.

As an Oregon brah, we're starting to see a ton of push back. Big time local gyms here have basically came out and said they will not be following the orders. Stating they wont be able to survive if they are forced to close gain. They will be limiting to 50% capacity and following all social distancing guidelines, cleaning etc. But they will stay open for business.
