I may be wrong, take it with a grain of salt, but I remember reading a study years ago of testing a pool of 20k men and how caffeine intakes and types of beverages affect sperm quality.

Maybe it was energy drinks in general, or maybe it was caffeine in general, but it said something about it disrupting the genetic code in sperm, causing fertility issues. I also remember reading about how monster caused issues in sperm and a lot of reported watery semen from excessive use.

I'll have to search it up again. The details are fuzzy since I read it a while ago.

Also it's science, so it could change and I didn't read into all the details of the experiment, bias, results, testing, etc.

Yea I'm sure it was based on daily usage as well, and wouldn't affect you if you have like a cup of coffee here and there, but still brings up cause for concern. Concrete evidence is the key though. I wonder if they did more studies.

Either way I'm done with caffeine.
