Super fine shawty at gym

We were working out near each other and kept making eye contact. Probably like 2 seconds a couple time. Didn’t flirt because masks are awkward, she has earbuds in, and I don’t hit on girls at the gym.

But now we’re both on treadmills near each other again. Should I go over to hers (she’s just walking) and try to get her to talk? What do I say? “Hi. Saw you earlier and thought you looked great”??
