i don't particularly like that routine; reps are far too high.
My plan is once my physique is in order to switch to a 3 days per week routine and maintain/slowly gain.
I'd go with something like a half Push Pull Legs routine:
3x5-6 Compound excercise - heavy e.g. Bench/squats
3x8-12 Variant of a compound e.g. CG-bench or Front squats
2-4 accessory excercises:
-Dips vs straight leg deadlifts
-skull crushers vs Leg Extensions
-Tricep extensions vs Hamstring curls
This routine will maintain and add mass if you progressively overload and are in a caloric surplus.

Goals:BW-240lbs then cut; B-315 S-405 D-500
