Anybody else feels like everything is a scam now days? I dont remember it being like this even like 5 years ago. I remember when Amazon Prime membership actually gave you something. You would get your stuff within 2 days. If the stuff didn't work then they would give you a label to send it back. Now days they don't even ship you the stuff on time. Would be faster just to buy it on ebay. If stuff is broken they make you jump through hoops to return it. BRB gotta download their label onto your smart phone and drive to a UPS store and have them scan your smart phone. Don't have a smart phone? Guess you're fuked. Ha! Should've thought about that before buying the sheit from amazon. Get what you deserve.

I don't even have amazon anymore but thats the stuff I had to deal with before I had them delete my account after the blm crap.


On 18 November I put in a delivery order with Publix (local grocery chain in FL) because I saw they actually had canning jars in stock. Limit was for 2 and they were overpriced but not as bad as the only other places I see them in stock. (ebay and amazon price gouging wanting $32 / for 12 jars) Figured it was a good deal. Oh cool I saw I could either buy $7 more worth of stuff and get free delivery or pay $7 for delivery. Naturally I bought some rice and a couple oranges and got free delivery. Says order delivered. I go outside and there are no fukin canning jars. Just the $7 worth of stuff. Wtf so I call and ask what the hell and they said they were out of stock of canning jars. Okay. Are these people not aware of perpetual inventory system that matches what is in stock with what is being scanned at registers and things bought online? Or is it intentionally a bait and switch? I paid 3x normal price for a little bag of rice and some oranges just for the free delivery I mainly wanted the canning jars. Now some lady got paid $3 tip for delivering me crap I didn't even need or want. I just wanted the jars. And the person said the jars are only sold through the online because if they put them on the shelf people will hoard them and buy them all. How am I supposed to know if things are in stock or not when your website says they are in stock?


Everything is a scam and its done in nasty sneaky little ways so these weasel pricks can claim plausible deniability.

Just like when I cancelled my netflix 3 different times and they still kept charging me. Then wouldn't refund me and said it was a technical glitch.

I go out of my way to buy stuff in person even if it might cost a little bit extra compared to online.
I'll only buy stuff online when I can't get it in person.
It sucks tbh. Back in the day you could walk into a place and they would have the item, scan it, pay for it and off you go.
Now every business keeps their stuff in warehouse instead.
It feels like things are going backwards tbh.
I understand the whole scamming thing. I try my best to avoid possible scam scenarios and if I do get tricked I just won't return to that business in the future.
