The Middle Earth TV series on Amazon looks like it's going to be a shambles...

- Casting call for extras comfortable with nudity and scenes of a sexual nature
-Intimacy coordinator hired
-Bad Reboot, I mean Bad Robot, hired to finish production. They've already destroyed Star Trek and Star Wars, so why not?

Looks like they're going to try to make it Game of Thrones-ish. Big mistake, sex was part of GOT, it was never part of Tolkien's work. I mean it's not like he didn't leave enough source material for the fukwits. Probably be some forced LGBTQ bullchit too.

Ofc it’s going to be abysmal. Lotr fans used to be alphas who read the books and watched all three extended DVDs in one day.

Now imagine what the average lotr fan is like.
