Even professional fighters get taken out by a low blow while they wear protection.
A legit groin kick/punch can be game. Followed by a series of punches.

In a street fight it's probably the most effective. Maybe eye poking works but a lot more difficult to pull off.

strength doesn't win fights, skill and speed does. That said I have no idea what kind of skill vegan gains has, since he seems to spend most of his time making youtube videos and gaming I doubt he spends the necessary time training fighting to have decent fighting skills. I guess he's just counting on no one accepting his challenges.

As someone who has been training in combat sports and martial arts on and off since I was a teen let me just tell you that you don’t know what the fuk you are talking about. You’ve probably never been in a fight in your life and have watched too many Jackie Chan and Bruce Lee movies. I hear this garbage all the time from skinny stoners and casual mma fans that have never competed a day in their life. Strength absolutely can win fights, it’s a factor of fighting just like speed, conditioning, technique, heart, chin, etc.

Is size and strength the be all end all? No, however it can take someone very far and a powerful person only needs to learn a little bit of skill and he can make up for a lot of lacking technique. You would be surprised how easy it is to muscle through movements when you are strong enough when it comes to ground grappling, clinch grappling, and takedowns.

Someone with a world class level strength like Eddie Hall or Brian Shaw is going to easily beat 99% of the population. These guys aren’t gym bro strong, you aren’t taking a guy who deadlifts 900+lbs down. These guys are so strong that even if they grab you by the wrists if they squeeze with ill intentions, your wrist will break. Even getting them into submissions would be extremely difficult considering their insane muscular and tendon strength. If you did get them in something they could with ease throw you into or through a wall, or slam you to death. In terms of striking, if a normal sized man tried punching these strongmen in the head with how big and thick their skulls are, they would likely break their hand.

Many people don’t get that these strongmen are freaks of nature. They aren’t just freakishly big and strong, they are pro athletes. The only people that can defeat these guys would be world class fighters, most of which would have to be LHWs and HWs.

Sure there are some smaller fighters that hit hard enough that could land a perfect shot but the chances aren’t great. Perhaps some might be able to hit and move long enough to tire them and drop their hands and tee off. But again that odds aren’t in their favor.

The chances of beating these guys in boxing or kickboxing setting is a different story, because that does heavily favor technique, speed, movement, and conditioning over size and power. Plus there is hand protection. There are plenty of good strikers that can pick these strongmen apart and tire them out in a boxing setting. There are guys that could bust them up, hit and move, and perhaps even finish them with something. But if we are talking about a real street fight it’s a different game.
