To get a house like that in a good area on Gold Coast of Long Island NY you would need to pay 1-5 million depending on specifics.

unlike the last one i'm not even sure where you start with this one

the whole upper floor structure is literally about to fall through from water damage so that means the roof is toast too

at least the location is nicer
