Practice Death awareness

Carry poison in your pocket and contemplate taking it
Sit on top of high building or mountains, and dangle your feet
Cock a gun and put it in your mouth, and think about what it would mean if you pulled the trigger
Lay down on rail road tracks and read poetry
Meditate at a cemetery
Study old photos of people that have passed away. Like the photo of the man jumping out of the building at 9/11
Think about what it means to be alive, and realize that the clock is ticking.

Only when you confront death, and get comfortable with it, understand it. Only then can you understand what it truly means to be alive. Only then can you appreciate what you have to the fullest. Confront the subject of death, don´t turn away from it. Be aware of death, and that it one day will come for you. If you knew you would die tomorrow, what would you to today? And thy aren´t you doing that now? Appreciate what it means to be alive.

Note
This is not advice you should take seriously. Don´t listen to me. If you´re suicidal then get help, and seek to find meaning

No pillow, no shampoo, no fap, deathmaxxing 2021
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

I carry a vial of water around my neck to remind myself that one day, I could just drown myself.

You need help.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

"Many that live deserve death.
And some that die deserve life.
Can you give it to them?
Then do not be too eager
To deal out death in judgement.

For even the very wise cannot see all ends."
