Have you ever lost a day?

I went to sleep and woke up. Felt weird because it was 5 something oclock but the sun was already coming up. Then I realized the sun was going down. I had to go on the computer to figure out what day it was. What does this mean?

One time I got back from a trip and it was dark outside, about 6PM, so I fell asleep on the couch. Woke up and it was light outside, so I asked my mom what time it was, she said 3PM.

The next day.

21h in a blink.

"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

No I have not, but there are plenty of causes. Could be substance abuse, schizophrenic-induced time processing deficit, or maybe you just needed to seriously catch up on sleep.

Yeah, that happened to me a few times when my sleep patterns were bad.

Once, I got in the habit of going to bed at 12AM and waking at 4AM; then sleeping at 12PM and waking at 4PM. So basically two 4-hour naps. I was totally unable to keep track of what day it was, and I never felt refreshed after waking.

Trust me -- your best sleep schedule involves 9PM - 5AM. Waking up early is the best.

One time I jetlagged so hard, I literally lost a full day to sleeping. Still no idea how the phuck I could sleep so much, I remember being both tired of sleeping but also too tired and exhausted to wake up.

I had a job at 5 a.m. five days a week, after a couple of months at this job, I fell asleep in the afternoon and woke up in the evening of the same day, I thought it was morning the next day. I even got into an argument with someone about it.

Normally, I can’t fall asleep in the daytime, but that job wore me out.

I sometimes do because I have curtains I never open cause the whole world can see right in.

During first lockdown I had no idea what was going on, didn't know what day, what time etc.
