The answer is, if they're overweight.

I've been both fat and in shape, and I had a dirty ass way more when I was overweight.

When I'm in shape, 90% of the time my poops are either wipeless or can be fully cleaned with a bit. This has to do with physiology and diet.

When I was fat, like 75% of my poops were that neverending wipe where you just kinda get it to "good enough" or "clean wipe", although you know as soon as you stand up there's a smear of chit back there.

One of the biggest benefits of weight loss is the changed relationship with pooping. And when you're skinny, it never hurts to have the wipes around so you're always 100% clean.
