getting kittens after cat died [pics]

so like 3 months ago my gfs cat died was only 6 died of a heart attack will miss him was never a cat person but this wee guy was awesome used to chill with him all the time also loved eating scraps of whatever i shot and he was always killing chit in the garden birds, squirrels, rats, mice etc which i find lulzy




so now that was a few months ago we decided to get 2 kittens same breed as him main ****** cant wait to see these little killers grow to his size pick them up week before xmas

Mirin kitters. Yeah getting new pets seems to be the best way to cope with losing a pet.

yeh mrs was devastated but shes excited about kittens bough massive cat tree etc for them

had to put my 13 year old female cat not too long ago.
she had been sick for months with a failing kidney.
she went on her sleep.
i buried her in my back yard

i have dogs tho so no need to replace her.

i have a english bulldog so a low energy doggo. mofo sleeps 20 hours of the day.
the other 4 are spent going to backyard to poop, pee, eating and humping his bear.

Congrats on the 2 little ones, Opie.

Adopting a kitten helped my wife get over the loss of her daschund. She was crying for weeks until this little sick tabby popped up on her doorstep and completely changed the mood around. Been about 7 months now and she's back to happy-go-lucky except when I hear her complain about the tabby jumping into the Christmas tree and ruining her decorations.

i kinda like how destructive cats are its funny as fukk to watch them just go about there buisness

lols a was wanting a golden retriever grandad had one there great dogs plus i could take it shooting with me for small game

I was always a dog person but this Kitten that's been coming to my place grew on me.
Doesn't smell, easy to take care of, comes for a quick rub then takes off.

I love dogs but it's the same issue with OP, I feel bad leaving them alone for so long everyday while we work.

Exactly what we did when our cat died at age 15 of heart problems. Adopted two kittens to fill the furry void a few months later. It helped a lot with coping and brought new joy into the house.

yeh cats are just so much easier to look after alot more independant
