I find it hard to take ugly women seriously at work. How to work with them?

i find it unnatural to be nice to women i wouldnt even look at in a bar if i was desperate for a shag.

but at work, theres lot of old hags who are senior in management but often not that smart and pleasant to work with....i guess they are not pleasant because they are ugly.

but its becoming an issue for me because i find it difficult to take them seriously or to give them time of the day...sometimes they realise that

on the other hand, I find it easy to work with good looking women even if they are slightly dumb because pleasant face is easy to deal with.


I know we live in modern times but i guess mans nature doesnt change and doesnt lie.

People at work don't take me seriously because my voice doesn't carry and I stutter, even though I'm ALWAYS right

But at least later on I can say I told you so when shiit goes wrong

Same IRL people don't show me respect even though I'm hotter and stronger than them because of my voice
